  • To provide a clear understanding of the principles and understanding of Task Based Risk Assessment
  • To enable personnel to develop the practical skills necessary to complete suitable and sufficient assessments in the workplace

  • Formally record assessments of risk using BP Task Based Risk Assessment records
  • Develop control procedures to reduce risk and evaluate residual risk
